Idk how a class action would work. They don't really have any assets other than the store and i think that I secured by a toxic debt finder (TCA)...
Perhaps of TCA was in cahoots with OSLH or if they have been trading on insider info we could sue them... They might actually have some money!!
I also don't think oslh has directors and officers insurance so we may b able to go after Steve and bob as individuals for fraud or something... I think they have been pocketing money from toxic debt here for years.
But I really have no clue. Not a lawyer. Just a pissed of shareholder... Oslh has been one expensive lesson...
Not sure if it's illegal but it sure seems unfair. We as shareholders should be able to know whats going on. I mean it's hard enough just being a human being (or a horse in my case) just to have someone lie all the time about stuff. People should be more honest.
