KATX .0002 News September 21, 2015 / KAT Exploration, Inc. (www.katexploration.com) (OTC Pink: KATX) (PINKSHEETS: KATX), is pleased to announce its purchase of "Roswell Jeep Eagle" (known as The Pre-Owned Jeep Store) Carterville Georgia, USA.
The purchase was completed on August 6th, 2015 by and between KAT Exploration and Gary Grim the previous owner of the Jeep Store. This diversification brings revenue of over $11 MM to KAT and will allow for future growth.
The automotive arm of KAT will be operated under the oversight of Tim Broadwell COO and Gary Grim founder of the Pre-Owned Jeep Store, who will continue to be involvement with management for the next five years. Grim developed a proprietary "Cumulative Profit Model" which encompasses successful strategic measures to maintain profitability in a multitude of processes in the Pre-Owned Jeep Store. Through this, the return rate of customers has been extremely high.
