Biopharm, You are certainly the master sleuth! How can Lisa Stepp, PHD be working for both companies? Unless there is at least a "collaboration" between GILD and PPHM. I find it interesting that she is working out of "Greater San Diego". Now I'm not a west coast guy but isn't Tustin considered greater LA area? and isn't home base for GILD Foster City considered "greater SF area"? Does PPHM or GILD have a satellite office in San Diego?

She sponsored or was involved with a fundraiser in SD "Free to Breathe" for lung cancer research in 8/15. It was called "Team Peregrine".
