How did I miss this Gilead and Peregrine ?

Did Peregrine just stepp into a partnership with Gilead right before us not even knowing it? Though the last time we seen this on a smaller scale with Ambit Biosciences they were bought out so lets see what happens....

plain as day it certainly says employment with Peregrine and Gilead beginning back in March of 2015
