After the merger is complete they've will do a share buy back
Why? After getting rid of the shareholder liability, why would they want them back?

This is really the end for the shareholders. Maybe FINRA/SEC will step in to prevent it, or maybe the company will disappear to re-emerge as a new pump and dump.
