Orda, I don't think anyone likes the idea that the stock is priced where it is. But you keep asking why they need to consider an RS, and answers were given.

The milk has been spilled and Nasdaq has asked for a plan to clean it up, but some of you keep complaining about the spilled milk. We know the milk is spilled, now it needs to be cleaned up.
