I guess we're not synched up. All I was saying is that the 90 day requirement of $4 only applies to the bid price, it is only pertinent "before applying", it is only applicable to a company that doesn't also meet the Equity or Net Income Standards and that CTIX has never had a $4 bid price for 90 consecutive days.

There is no 90 consecutive day closing price requirement under any Standard as far as I know.
