right, as did I.....and note that they make reference only to the bid price (ie the $4 minimum) not the closing price alternative with respect to the 90 days.

Here is the quote -

* Currently traded companies qualifying solely under the Market Value Standard must meet the $50 million Market Value of Listed Securities and the applicable bid price requirement for 90 consecutive trading days before applying.



That is the note that appears under the table of requirements. Now look in the table... there is a bid price requirement for each standard and a closing price requirement for each standard. The note refers to bid price and says nothing in regard to closing price.


I quoted exactly what the 90 day requirement applies to...."before applying".
