A PLAN! what does it matter? If they GET ENOUGH MONEY TO TAKE THEM TO BREAKEVEN, it doesn't matter what exchange they are on.

I don't believe that their partners prefer to do business with them only if they are on NASDAQ. They chose to still do business with them when they were a .50 stock. They chose to do business with them when they were delisted before.
