No, the A/S was raised as a "Poison Pill", remember? Except there was no "Poison Pill" policy adopted.

Best way for a stinky pinky to maintain control was to issue to those "Preferred" they have authorized but not issued. Not adopt a "Poison Pill".

Keep in mind, a PP is a contract that the board adopts. Anyone see it?
