north, I you are referring to the same conference call that I have in mind (and I cannot imagine there were TWO involving MD) then there is one thing I want to add.

I was extremely pessimistic about the content report of the call at first, as probably many with me. BUT with hindsight the call contained a number of FACTS that have later been confirm to be true by the PACER files.

It were in times where JB had not officially been named AT ALL but CEO King had said publicly that they had evidence of dose switching (in a Quarterly PR or the related CC I believe).

Yet in the conference call there was that passages that said (by CK):

She (JB) is lawyered up and we have our legal.

Now today we do know that Jeanette Bleecker was indeed the person at CSM under scrutiny for the dose switching and she was lawyered up.

So I know for a fact that as long as CK was at IR, MD had a line of communication of which there are at least two other instances of information that came out of that channel and of which he shared at least here on IHub.

Know, that being said, they were NEVER of the level - as far as I know - that they held any information of the grade you are reacting too. I agree with DD that for a listed company that would be an infringement on SEC regulation related to selective disclosure.

That doesn't of course not mean it is not TRUE! Wook's report on Avid's forecast from 19 to 30Mil was also correct when we heard it was already 40Mil when announced on last Q/CC. And while that was in the line of possibilities he was also challenged for it.
