You alleged you talked with "a representative of PPHM.".... Yet, you go on to assert "they" told you a number of things about what matters were going on there at PPHM as well as what some other entity was waiting for. Was that a conference call? Were several representatives of PPHM on that call? And "they" called you?

I place no credibility in anything you have said in your post in light of the above, in addition to the reasons provided by Dew.
