I spoke at length with a representative of Peregrine in late December 2014. They told me the major partner at the table is waiting for interim results of the melanoma trial and they are waiting on the first look in milestone of the Sunrise trial before the deal can be consummated.

They noted both pieces of information is anticipated early summer 2015.

So was Astra Zenica that big deal?

No in my opinion BMY is the big deal.
