175 mil shares is not only funding pphm, it is also probably funding cj and es... roswell just ain't what it used to be..most of the players moved on and according to finra, roswell gave up the brokerage biz... so how are these guys gonna survive... $700k is a lot of dough... my guess is the shares will also be used for compassionate use... so what is the real game plan... max value for shareholders or max cash flow for the boys...

i prefer a set of independent eyes weighing in on the discussion...
