Simplest explanation is usually the right one. Of all the crazy claims on this board, from THERE IS NO MINE, to ITS A FRUIT / AVOCADO ORCHARD, to THEY FOUND ALIEN SHIP IN THE MINE, I tend to believe they are what they appear to be, a real mining company.

The sale of the other mine in July involved a separate company, so if it was a scam then that other company is involved too.

Too many buy back PRs for them to not be real. Yes the AS has been raised, multiple times probably, but that doesn't necessarily mean dilution. As others have postulated it could be to prevent a takeover, or they know that some of the restricted loan shares are are about to be cashed in, who knows, but it just does not make sense to spend $1.5 million buying back shares to then dilute it.

It doesn't make sense to payout a divi if your not legit. Some have postulated its all just some elaborate ponzi scheme, to get people to put that money back into the shares, but that makes no sense, they could just keep their money, not pay the divi, and get the same result, unless, as some have said, it was just a way to launder drug cartel money. I for one just don't see the cartel angle, no clue where they pulled that rabbit from.


Do I have questions/concerns, yeah. The missing info on board members, the office in Vegas no one can find. Sure it seems fishy, but remember, this is a Mexican company who doesn't update their website, so who is to say that info is still current, could be they changed addresses and didn't update anyone, this is OTC after all, no filing or auditing.

So what would it take for me to change my mind? Well, honestly, if the stock was halted permanently, charges of fraud are filed, and a class action suit is initiated....once that happens then I will believe this company is not legit. Till then I just ignore all the nay sayers and bashers on this board right along with all the pumpers that keep screaming TO THE MOON and $1 BY THE END OF THE WEEK....all too obvious, not worth responding to, just ignore them. Almost makes me want to pay for iHub and get unlimited member ignores, sure would make reading this forum faster...lol
