Yes it would, and if I recall correctly getting the filings...
up to date would be a pre-requisite for any kind of merger. The one thing I did like that I heard was that they already had several candidate companies identified. They are looking particularly for one that has "hard assets" as she put it and that would compliment what they currently have as far as intellectual property. Bottom line is I liked what I heard, hence why I am accumulating shares down here.
