O/S was 242,823,237 as of 8/13/15. Per today’s news, the company bought back 158,865,114 shares, resulting in 83,958,123 shares outstanding.

Additionally, the company announced a $1,500,000 buyback program. As of today’s news, the company used $588,488 to date with $911,552 left to buy more shares.

IMO the pps will continue to rise as the buyback program is only 39% complete ($588,488 divided by $1,500,000)
