Dear Snackman, 10 dimes, 20 nickles, 4 quarters or 100 pennies still add up to a dollar! The valuation is all that matters. 108 million shares @ $.75 or 54 million shares @ $1.50 still values the company at approx. 80 million dollars. If we need to do another shelf placement we must stay on the natioal Nasdaq market. Ultimately, Wave will need to split the stock several times in the years to come when earnings kick in & institutions start to really pound the stock with buy orders! I will vote in favor of the reverse split & urge all my friends to do the same!!! Carl.
