Yes there are people who care about the rule of law. This is now a most unusual case, and intriguing to me that a federal judge would choose to close a case with an open motion, then re-open it a month later, then let the case sit open for months on end when all it needs for closure is an arbitrary dollar amount on a civil penalty request that will go unpaid by a defunct company with no representation during the length of this 3 year trial.
