yes rules and regulations, lol...the same rules and regulations that they did not really follow when they released the infamous $160m run rate, which then caused the stock to ramp up dramatically,which then they had to retract as it was not following the rules, but wait they could have left it out there if they provided more backup for the guidance like most other technology companies do...and if you look at filings of insider purchases of any reputable tech company they have the share amount and what the insider paid for the shares, so would all those execs at the other companies all be breaking the rules...rules usually exist to protect small shareholders and usually encourage full some disclosure rather than to obscure thing

if i had bought a large number of shares based on that run rate PR which was signed by the CEO, I would not be to happy right now, and this day and age I am sure it would be easy to get aggressive on that front, i did not so not my issue
