Your criteria is simple, you are short so anything that can be used in any way against the companies credibility you will try to exploit.

This is the last couple months that shorts will have any ground to stand on at all, and once the AZURE / GW integration is announced, the real trouble begins for you.

Get out while you are ahead man, unless you shorted under $4 at which point you were late to the party and are simple.
