You could be right about that. Most seem to find the press release entirely plausible. But why are the assets in euros, when the bond offering is supposedly in dollars?

It would have made more sense for them to suggest the offering was taking place somewhere else in the world. That would make it harder to find. Or should I say harder to not find?
