I didn't watch today's game but apparently Torre went out to the mount to take Mussina out of the game but Mussina told him he could get the next guy out. (Sounds like David Cone to me)

Well the guy that he said he could get out hit a 3 run homerun.

I hate that some of the players make Torre's decisions for him.
