At the annual meeting PEBI authorized a doubling of shares outstanding to 200,000,000 and created 10,000,000 of preferred shares....I doubt the company is generating a profit at this point...

I find it interesting that there was 2 different takes on Stephens relationship with PEBI....good terms and involved with the company or bitter....hog
