Re Bitlocker

I have a question.

I have no doubt that in 2-3 years my company will be employing this technology (Bitlocker). We are increasingly moving towards locking down all sensitive information, and I have had some recent conversations with people in my IT dept that indicates they are aware of this function of Vista and will be using it.

So, my question is, in an enterprise setting, will some key management software be required from WAVE to handle managing Bitlocker using a TPM?
