Let's begin with the one dated 3/4/13. It states: "Sphere 3D Corporation (TSX-V:ANY) is a Mississauga, Ontario based virtualization technology solution provider whose patent pending Glassware 2.0™ technology makes it possible for incompatible devices and applications to run over the cloud, without sacrificing performance or security."

OK, now let's go to the latest one on 11/12/2013. That one states: "Sphere 3D Corporation (TSX-V:ANY) is a Mississauga, Ontario based virtualization technology solution provider whose patent pending Glassware 2.0™ technology makes it possible for incompatible devices and applications to run over the cloud, without sacrificing performance or security."

You,re a smart guy so you probably already have figured out that most likely ALL of their Press Releases for 2013 say the same thing, ie, that the patents are pending.

So now that you have this valuable information, please answer my question:

Do you consider this statement posted by one of your bashing associates just this morning to be FACT or DESPICABLE?

"Common, the company only started using "patent pending" in filings etc upon listing on NASDAQ."

I believe you are the one who said: " Posting false information or rumors as fact is despicable."
