F&G The chair controls the board. There would be no reason to start new names to be directors. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Matt obviously thinks a rewrite of TOU is in order. I haven't found anything bad about it, but I'm not the expert. I do think a rewrite of the manual for new administrators is in order. Bringing Bob in here with his different views was a bit much, especially without an announcement. Bob emailed me to say he didn't like the way I removed a post and he was making himself the chairman until I could come to a better understanding of what his rules were. I replied he could keep the board, as I had operated it the way Matt had emailed me and wasn't interested in his new rules. That board has now died, since being taken over by the basher.

I think Matt has done a fine job and agree with most of what he says. I have grandkids his age and I doubt they could have come up with a fine business such as this. ........Joe
