Matt, speaking in general, can you be...

a Thread's Chairperson on the one hand and create another Alias to be a Director of the same Board, as well?... It seems basic, but should probably be spelled out in the new TOU, otherwise a Chairperson could control the 3 Positions with 3 different Alias, thus removing all checks and balances...
