At this stage, EC is not necessary IMO. Perhaps later, perhaps not. No extreme dilution has been proposed by the company.

In any event, I am opposed to the current Ad Hoc. Just don't like their background and anyone stupid enough to hang with RG is not worthy to represent shareholders.
