Actually, that is not permitted, either. What they posted is illegal and not acceptable to neither regulators nor industry standards. All mineral reporting regulations (including Industry Guide 7 in the US and NI 43-101 in Canada) strictly prohibit any dollar amount of in-ground resources, including "potential" resources.

That screams fraud.
