So William Mckay, a CEO, doesn't know everything should be in writing?

And if I remember, he is a lawyer, right?

Seems I have read this ... at least once...even saw "Dr" put before his name for that great law degree.

Guess when he was "practicing" law he missed the section of "things in writing".

Just an "ok" on the reply email that asked if the email was ok to public was all he needed. (This is, of course, assuming this was a legit thing.)

Certainly proves he needs to stay "inactive" with the CA Bar.

Maybe Wild Willy needs to start watching Judge Judy...
