- these votes must be coming from somewhere. Im assuming that they are from shares to be issued (or restricted at this point) if PTI cannot pay back the loans in time. What is your confidence level that that will happen? Restricted or to be issued shares must be counted in the OS. How often do issuances like this fail to occurr? In my experience, thay always do.
