Look at the Pegatron decision and tell me where the others have

a real leg to stand on. IDCC is well positioned and again in

my opinion they settle with Microsoft/Nokia and that should

be a landside event for other licensee's.


As for Apple I think something good will happen there also

IDCC in my opinion can sue Apple any time and tear them a new

frock for selling unlicensed products. Hell there is no question

this is happening, and Apple themselves states who their sub

contractors are and there is no doubt the phones have the

IDCC technology. I think IDCC is waiting for the Microsoft/Nokia

resolve and then Apple, LG, and others will either license or

be sued. The stock is saying buy me we are going higher.
