Pre, that is a good way to look at it...a change of lifestyle. Just try not to think about that huge chunk of good red meat. You can't have any at all? Never? Ever? You have more will power than I do. Well on second thought if I were given a choice between no more red meat or no more sex, the cow would be long gone. How 'bout lean meat like deer meat? I could eat the backstrap almost every day.
