Why not now?

They have completed a bunch of definitive geological work on targets. Copper prices are at lows with near term supply shortages forecasted. They have traveled the globe meeting with investors, exposing investors to LBSR claims and positions. Direct Gross is investing, the share structure is expanding beyond necessity. Their NRs are implying asset acquisition and shallow high grade targeted drilling is on the horizon. They don't need 5/6-9 million to accomplish this. Acquire another claim/target area with attached cash from funder using LBSR equity. Private placements and Tangiers can add in additional capital. 1-2 million dollars and they can be off and running with shallow drill programs and investor interest heightened and share price stabilized much much higher from the current bottom..

Very feasible for this company... IMO
