I can't argue that there is some remote possibility that some type of deal can get done with LBSR. But what I can simply ask is "why now?" Why after all of these years, all of a sudden you think something will happen when the A/S has been exhausted and the share price has become nearly worthless, when the A/S share count will get multiplied by a factor of FIVE - Five times nearly worthless is still nearly worthless.
Secondly, the only "junior partner" we ever had was X-state Resoureces out of Australia (well not taking into account our Big Chunk Native drilling partners). With X-State the funding was rather limited but I believe they put 3 Million Dollars at risk. There, JB was adamant about forming and having his own drilling company drill the breccia pipes. With that, there were technical issues and after a couple of broken drills and not much being accomplished, X-State backed out of the deal and LBSR allowed it. We didn't hear much about the reasons, but my guess would be a lack of agreement on how the project was being handles. JMHO (Even with our Big Chunk Native drilling partners who were supposed to be friends of JB's, there were issues and then a LAWSUIT).
This leads me to the issue of what one of the people who post on the board have said over and over again - JB can be VERY stubborn. With this in our minds, how and why do you think we can get a deal now when we are in dire straights? Why would any company want to join forces with LBSR at this point in time when they haven't wanted to for YEARS ??
Now as another poster has noted, "IF" LBSR can work out a deal with some" potential funder", how in the world can they work out a deal for a property that isn't even ours, actually do the research, get the drilling permits, drill and drill and drill to find a "DISCOVERY" and then get money coming in from mining - to continue on and actually try to develop Hay Mountain further. I can't see it on a shoe-string budget.
IT WILL TAKE REAL MONEY AND A LOT OF TIME TO DEVELOP A MINE
