The story here is rather simple, IMO. Forget about REEs and uranium, it is all about copper and maybe some by product..

LBSR just needs to drill a few shallow, high grade copper/gold targets. HM and whatever property they are looking at. Drilling will excite the investor base, intersecting high grade ore, will bring in all kinds of expansion money and they will be off and running for additional exploration and stepping out long term targets such as the mammoth ZTEM HM target.

Maybe a dozen 500-1000 ft holes for a million bucks? Double it for multiple targets / properties. Seems very doable to me...
