The OTC market is the "Wild, Wild, West" not regulated like the big boards and thus, the MM's take control...Most pennies don't report financials or anything else for that matter, at least CRQE appears to be playing by the rules, hopefully because NOC is demanding it! T-trades are the reason that 500 share late day paint jobs are futile at best. Thanks for that link "investorsa" Have a nice weekend all. Giddy up CRQE.
