FOOTNOTES to WATTS WATT's Review:

1) Coloration: The coloration of the liquidmetal in the knife is virtually IDENTICAL to that of the die cast SanDisk Cruzer Titanium, which was made of Vit 1b:

Zr 67 Cu 10.6 Ni 9.8 Ti 8.8 Be 3.8 (wt%)
A robust glass former with proven manufacturability.

Of course, this is also known as: LM 1b.

Without MA or LQMT actually specifying the formulation, and because I have never seen the other four formulations, it may be possible that another formulation may have a similar appearance in color.

Possibly, Vit 106a may have been used:

Zr 70 Cu 13 Ni 9.9 Al 10.3 Nb 2.8 (wt%)
It is the most robust glass forming Zr alloy without Be,
but with no commercial proven manufacturability.

2) It will be interesting to note which formulation that the recent request for a prototype coming out of Europe will be specified
