Today's news explains why the A/S has been raised several times. EGOH needs more cash to expand & deploy their technology. Instead of continually selling shares to retail at market, venture capitalists will invest, buy a run, and up we go.

Should have done this months ago. Better late than never. EGOH has a lot of news announcements forthcoming and needs cash NOW.
