The Division and a representative of
SaviCorp represented that SaviCorp has signed an offer of settlement, the offer will be submitted
to the Commission shortly, and a consent order as to SaviCorp likely will issue shortly.

As discussed at the prehearing conference, the following prehearing schedule is ordered
as to Soltera and Mobility:

July 28, 2015: Motions for summary disposition are due;
August 18, 2015: Oppositions are due; and
September 4, 2015: Replies, if any, are due.
