We should have all gotten out of this thing years ago. The managers are useless and we've known it but didn't want to believe it. That they have the goods is meaningless anymore.
No phone calls returned, either. I'll get on board for a suit. That's what all of that language in the S-1 was about. Certain individuals screwed up and they know it.
No deals. No marketing. Destroyed the shareholders despite countless requests by us for promotion. That's not negligence. That's willful.
And yet the salaries are egregious based upon performance:
