well, they've suffered for too long right now. That is why what happened, happened yesterday. Angela has not lived up to her leadership potential [ http://www.spiegel.de/international/europe/merkel-s-leadership-has-failed-in-the-greece-crisis-a-1042037.html ] and that is only one article this year among the many of years past. This harsh austerity remember was supposed to bring about a better way for Greece and instead it kept going the opposite way..if that could be possible, but it was. Peg, I'm no expert either. what I am and 'was' is a very interested person in Greece, from the very beginning. At that time (the entire world, including here at home) was begging for austerity and it just didn't make sense to me and NO DOUBT! at all that was because I was reading Paul Krugman, Dean Baker and oh what is that mans name? I'll find it later. Ergo used to like him also. Oh it's Brad DeLong [ http://delong.typepad.com/ ] Another economist. Anyway, because of that and them carrying me through all the screeching including the 'ones' right here saying things like .. "We're just like Greece"! we're going to go broke and omg! . .interest will be flying off the inflationary tower any second now" ..etc.. those kind of things ... ..I so needed some people to explain all of that to me. And they did. I posted most of it here and the screechers were not impressed then just as they are not impressed now .. ;) .. oh well. My point is I just found it all so fascinating! .. It was during this time that N.'s admired economist (I've learned now to respect him too) wrote this book with a woman stating "This Time it will be Different" etc.. .anyway.. my point is just that ...It's darn amazing to see things work out exactly the way that the folks that I respected and looked to for sanity while everyone else was pooh poohing them .. End up being so right.. ;) And Let's face it Greece is a beautiful fascinating country. F6 has posted some really scary stuff about the The Golden Dawn and then we had Jacquelin marrying a Greek shipping magnate! .. ;) oh I used to visualize them on the water with Greece/Athens as the back drop and .. oh many other things . .we all have and I always wanted the Greek people to have the help they needed (the right help!) ..to over come what their politicians in the pockets of the elites across everywhere, --the mess their politicians handed to them.

And as you know as the Austerity hardened The Greek people suffered more and more ..we read of the children and their hunger and what was happening in the schools .. omg. break your heart bad stuff.. it just seemed to go from bad to worse and they kept signing and resigning a new BAD deal from 'them'. I even remember one guy came into power and he resigned in less than 48 hours! He was the smart one..no doubt ; ) ... .. I only hope that now the people making the deals will be a little bit more fair! AND it sounds that it might be so ... !!! . .Look at THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now, is there a man anywhere in Greece that looks Safer than him? He can be trusted! . .I"m sure Merkel will like, He's got the 'Dads' body. ..LOLOL.... Everyone trusts them ... ;)

Really, it seems from the little bit I read since I got back that everyone is telling Europe and France to get along and keep Greece in Eurozone, and that's including us? .. .Anyway, it's sounding a little bit less bitter than when I left! .. this morning oooh everyone mad!!!!! except Greece . . ...!!! It's time for something Good For Greece to Happen NOW! ... ;)
