One more note about the pay raise...it was so large, so out of reason, that to me, it shows

an act of desperation. Like Steipp may be in very deep personal financial trouble....which could

influence his decision capabilities. He put that MILLION DOLLARS ahead of the needs of the

company...what else would he do, ahead of the needs of the company. That was a BIG RED FLAG

to me.
