I see a dividend as just a tool to get that 'fair valuation'. If enough Institutions are looking for tht then perhaps we should consider it.



That's what I assumed as well. On a senior exchange even a modest dividend will put a floor under the price by investors chasing yield. Maybe not fair value but something significantly better than where we sit. Now that still doesn't convince me it's a good idea - but I'm open to it.

I can point to a number of factors that limit the share price on the OTC that are likely to disappear with uplisting - the most important being liquidity. Nobody ever seems to talk about that but it's pretty important. If I, as a retail investor, am not buying more because I couldn't get out of my position if I needed to, then that's a pretty good clue that commercials won't be interested.
