What are the odds this thing breaks even today? Based on resumeblanks breakdown Dart would own 35% if all of his warrants are exercised but there is also a clause saying he can't own more than 49.9%... I can't help but think he is buying the other 15% in the open market which is an effort to get the price to the nasdaq requirement. I need to put Dart on my Christmas card list.
