The diabolical forces are within this company, working directly with venture capitalists, affiliated with local government and their BOD, maximizing tax subsidies, and threatening those whom expose their share selling operation.
Dan Bates shared my personal information with venture capitalist Dennis O'Neil of Chicago, and Mike Porter, whom both contacted me unsolicited; the former sending threats.
My guess is this scam will continue as long as the state of Indiana continues to subsidize Windstream, and in effect the political opportunism and marriage between Windstream executives, and associates with the North Vernon Mayor's office. Once the subsidies are no longer viable, or when the writing is on the wall, I expect to see the Indiana plant close down, and the focus will be drawn strictly on India.
Whether or not that continues to keep this a viable operation remains to be seen, however Windstream is behind it's sector competitively in product design, for greater energy procurement and efficiency.
