Now that's very interesting. I've followed BCIT for a long time. Ever since 2005, in fact. The SEC was very sloppy with that investigation. The whole thing was the fault of just about everyone who ever had anything to do with the company. Not to mention the SEC, FINRA, the brokerages, and DTCC.

As you say, the SEC took the easy way out and went after Pino.

But in what way was Richard Carter Solomon Ali? Carter Care did exist; it wasn't a made-up company.
