I hear ya, but BDN is office reit and a bit dif then home reits.

That being said, BDN is a fairly sound co. IMO. and based near me.

They darn near own Philly and are trying to own Austin, TX.

My main investment is in the DRIP, which my granddaughter might cash in one day. I never touch em, except to feed em once in awhile.

On another note, I bought BDN shrs for a trade based on an oversold condition, and once the fed starts to raise It'll do poorly and I'll be out long before.(I hope,,,lol).
