No, I tried to keep the posts informal so people could draw their own conclusions. I understand that becoming an accelerated filer requires a learning curve and is a more expensive process but these guys have 18 million dollars in the bank that they seem to want to roost upon.

Hell, they even used shares for half of the VIM acquisition when they were sitting on some 20+ million.

I'm not saying the numbers aren't right but someone better get their shit together soon. If spending some of their cash on a big four auditor is what it takes then let's see it dammit.

the PPS will suffer until it happens.

Being in this stock for going on 5 years and watching the ever increasing revenues bring us to all time highs and then watching it crash back down to where I was buying at in the beginning, while the revenues are still increasing, is very disheartening.

I don't know if I'm more angry with the market or the management that hasn't responded to it properly. I couldn't imagine how pissed some of the folks who got 4 dollar placement shares are if they bought the stock for the same reasons I did.

We are stuck in the mud.

I'm tired of defending this company no matter how great I think it is. The market is speaking volumes and I foolishly tied up too much, now, dead money here until we get something to make it work again.
